BIO
Wille Pertti Viljo Yli_Luoma was born in Sipoo, Finland, a small town just outside of Helsinki. He began snowboardig at the age of 12 at Talma Resort in Finland. and through an amazing work ethic and self discipline Wille has been riding professionally for over a decade now and is still one of the most amazing riders to watch or go ride with…if you are lucky enough. He brings together every aspect involved in snowboarding that we all wish we could encompass in our riding. He exudes a calm collection as he constantly pushes the levels of technical ability, creativity and style making everything look simplified and pushing others around him to feel a sense of extra confidence and ambition to push themselves.
Beyond snowboarding Wille is a man of many other talents and interests and portrays immense passion in everything he does whether it he is biking down the West Coast, out shooting photos with one of his many antique camera’s designing graphics for the new Turbo Dream, skateboarding, fishing, golfing, or just enjoying spending time with his daughter Lilou. These days Wille lives in Portland, Oregon and spent all last winter filming for Mack Dawg Productions 2008 release Double Decade, exactly one decade after filming his first Video part with MDP in Decade....and still doing things people have never seen on a snowboard.

I ride my bike a lot instead of driving, I recycle, I buy as much locally farmed produce as possible, and I try to do more than just one thing.
